It's called Greens, Eggs & Ham to define the range of options that we offer.

We are a small family farm in central MN. Our 5 acre farm-site allows for many trees and pasture for our hens. We do egg processing on site and our 2 1/2 year old hens are processed on-farm for a great consumer value. WE DO HOME DELIVERY ACROSS CENTRAL MN AND THE TWIN CITIES. We've become part of the MIDTOWN Farmers Market again this season. Locally, you can find our eggs at St. Cloud- Good Earth CO-OP and local family owned grocers- Melrose & Richmond as well as thru Stony Creek Dairy delivery. We do a subscription program with a metro college to supply eggs on a bi-weekly basis. This is a real support to the farm "bottom line". We also do a multiple of delivery sites where groups of families meet for good food.
