The CSA will feature 6 to 8 items in a typical week's share with some increase during the peak of the growing season. The share will feature a good variety of typical vegetables with an exchange table if you want more choices. The season will last 25 weeks.

We have been gardening organiclly in the midwest for 30 years now. This will be our sixth year marketing at the Columbia. Mo, Farmers' Market. This year I have given up my town job to devote more time to farming, and we are reviving our CSA organiization and expanding into a farmers market in Sedalia as well. We specialize in heirloom vegetables with our slad greens, basil and tomatoes being our mainstays. We also use a varity of season extension techniques to extend our growing season. Our CSA will run from early May to late October for a period of 25 weeks. Pick up can be in Sedalia at the Healthy Habits health food store on South Limit St. in the State Fair Shopping Center on Wednesday afternoons from 4 to 6, or at the Columbia Farmers' Market on Saurday mornings at the ARC parking lot at Ash and Clinkscales.
