Mission:
The mission of the Sheboygan county Humane Society is the prevention of cruelty to animals, the relief of suffering among animals and the extension of humane education.
About Us:
SCHS is the only open admission, full-service animal shelter in Sheboygan County. We offer comfort, care and adoption services for approximately 2,500 animals each year.
Our organization is operated by a Board of Directors, Shelter Manager and staff of professional caregivers. SCHS offers veterinary care for animals in our care at our in-house clinic under the direction of a full-time veterinarian and vet tech.
We receive no tax dollars. Our shelter thrives on your financial support. Funding is generated by donations, fees, bequeaths and a portion of your pet licensing fees.
