We extend God’s care and compassion through various ‘hands-on’ mission activities:
Stephen Ministry – this is our one-on-one care-giving ministry. God works through specially trained and caring Steven Ministers to plant seeds of hope and healing in a person whose life seems barren and forlorn because of a crisis or tragedy.

The Quilters – Mission in Action meet the first Wednesday of each month to make or finish quilts to be given to those in need throughout Solano County and through Lutheran World Relief.

Local Missions – throughout the year, we support local ministries like Opportunity House, Alpha Pregnancy Center, the Gideons International, VacaFISH, and others.

National and International Mission – through our benevolence, approximately 5% of our undesignated income is forwarded to the ELCA to help support missionaries, domestic and international disaster relief, Lutheran Social Services, the 28 universities and seminaries of the Church, as well as a host of other ministries.
