When considering the formation of the Shiloh Apostolic Church, one thing is certain; this work was clearly brought about by the Lord. The founder and pastor of Shiloh Apostolic was a man much like Moses in nature, who didn't desire the lime lights of life but was happy just serving the Lord. Rev Edward Wilson, was the voice of reason, that led a small group of saints, meeting first in his home for several years and then the Apostolic group purchase the site where they remain to this day in Henning IL.

Bro Wilson believed in preaching of the Word of the Lord and also the importance of true worship in the Spirit. This powerful combination has resulted in spiritual growth, where the gifts are exercised freely as the Lord leads. Although Bro Wilson has gone to be with the Lord the vision remains the same
