Jeb Smith and his family have been farming the same land for five generations. Before diversifying, the family raised potatoes since 1923. Today the farm grows perennial peanut hay, sod, mud-minnow bait fish and grass-fed beef, along with a produce CSA.
We provide a variety of vegetables over each 20-week CSA season. Harvest begins in January and lasts until May. We will begin accepting orders for our 2012 season in April.
