Soccer Shots is a program offered to children 3-8 that meets once a week at daycare centers, schools, and parks throughout the city to introduce your child to soccer! Our Soccer Shots instructors are energetic and enthusiastic, are great teachers, and love working with children. We not only teach soccer skills, but also work on improving balance, coordination, and agility with the kids. In August 2009 our non-profit organization, Soccer Shots Global Goals, was unveiled. The purpose of Global Goals is for the Soccer Shots franchise community to join together to raise funds and awareness for partner organizations who are providing opportunities to disadvantaged children through soccer in the U.S. and around the world. After careful research, the Global Goals Committee and Soccer Shots Franchising has chosen to partner with The US Soccer Foundation. The US Soccer Foundation (www.ussoccerfoundation.org) is a well-established and respected non-profit organization that is aligned with the Global Goals' mission. They focus on building playing fields and establishing "Soccer For Success" programs for inner-city youth in cities around the U.S. The U.S. Soccer Foundation's programs are designed to keep kids active and healthy. They help guide children away from negative influences by providing them with safe and healthy places to play after-school - the most dangerous hours of the day.
