Statement of Faith

The St. Paul Community Church acknowledges the Lord Jesus Christ as the great Head of the Church and receives the Holy Scriptures as authoritative in matters of faith, order and discipline, and bases its faith upon the following principles:

-We believe that God is our Creator, the Lord Jesus Christ is our Savior, and the Holy Spirit is our Comforter and Guide,

-We believe we are saved by a living faith, the fountain of this faith being the Bible, the living word of God,

-We believe that for this experience of a living faith, a full measure of religious liberty and freedom of conscience is necessary,

-We believe that it is in accordance with the spirit of Christ to cooperate with churches of all faiths in the work of the ecumenical church.
