Are You Being Abused? The Strafford County Family Justice Center is here to help. We serve victims of domestic abuse and violence helping them get the services they need in one location. We provide confidential free counseling, legal help and other services to help you deal with or exit a troubled, unsafe relationship. We serve all towns in Strafford County and are located in the Community Building behind the high school in Rochester at 150 Wakefield Street.
