Our 36th Annual Rib Burnoff was a HUGE Success - thank you to all who supported and attended the event!  

The Strongsville City Club 2022 Rib Burnoff is in its 37th Year and going strong. Annually, the event draws world-famous rib vendors to compete for the award “Best Ribs” in Strongsville. The entrants serve up thousands of slabs of ribs to the crowd of over 20,000 hungry attendees. In addition to the ribs, various other vendors will provide festival food and drinks. This year, we’re pleased to announce Fireworks on Friday evening and the return of our annual Cornhole Tournament on Saturday.  As always, the entertainment is No Additional Charge to all our attendees. So, sit back, eat some ribs and enjoy the music on a beautiful summer weekend.
