The Christian County Technical Magnet Center is a training facility designed to offer students the opportunity to combine academic study with practical experience that may be effective applied to gainful employment. The facility offers students a simulated occupational environment similar to those found in potential places of employment as well as pre-requisite credit for students choosing to pursue a college degree. Upon completion of a prescribed course or program usually our graduates are considered for "entry level" employment in their chosen field. The staff is made up of skilled journeymen in their field, and they are skilled and equipped to offer the best technological training in their area of expertise. Every effort is made to update equipment and course content to provide the most up to date skill training.

The Center offers training in A+ Certification, Automotive Mechanics, Construction/ Carpentry, Electricity, Machine Tool Technology, Manufacturing, and Welding. Two new classes, Health Services and CISCO computer training, will also be offered. The health and Wellness class is for students that are interested in health careers as listed in their IGP. This course will take the place health class that is required for graduation. The course is not open however, to students who are repeating health class.
