Telluride Wow Festival

237 South Oak Street

About Us:

Telluride is a Victorian era town that is steeped in history, it’s located in the majestic San Juan Mountains of southern Colorado and in 1964 was named a National Historic District. Telluride has preserved the history of the town and retained its Victorian charm offering a mixture of the old and the new combing old time bars with cosmopolitan restaurants.

A free Gondola, the only transportation system of its kind in North America, connects Mountain Village to the town of Telluride. The gondola transports riders to the top of the San Juan ridge where guests can disembark to soak in the views, explore the vast network of hiking, biking and ski trails or stop off at Allred’s restaurant for happy hour and dinner overlooking the town of Telluride, 1,000 feet below.

Mountain Village is a great place to catch a free concert on Wednesday evenings throughout the summer, do some shopping or grab dinner. But, it’s also full of recreational opportunities like hiking, downhill biking, bouldering, disc golf, fishing, tennis and more. During the winter, Mountain Village features convenient access to the slopes of the Telluride Ski Resort.
