The mission of the Alliance SC is to provide the highest quality soccer training in our geographical area for boys and girls from age 8 through 17. To support this mission, our goal is to field at least one team at each age level and gender in order to meet the developmental needs of as wide a variety of soccer players as possible. RSA focuses on "quality" as opposed to "quantity". We won't field a team "just to field a team". We believe that development of the "whole" soccer player in a "team" environment is critical.
