About Us:

The Center is a non-profit community center on Anna Maria Island. The Center strives for excellence in meeting the human service needs of all those living on or near by our barrier island. We are focused on the community and open to all.  In doing so, the Center is often seen as an “Educational Center,” a “Recreational Center,” a “Youth/Teen Center,” and a “Senior Citizen Center,” and also serves as a The Center Post Disaster Shelter. The  Center is all of these and much more.

We serve children, teens, families, adults, and senior citizens. Here our senior citizens gather for cultural, educational, health and social programs. Children and teens participate in character building before and after school and are involved in athletic endeavors, art, drama, music, camps designed to develop their best potential.
