Our weekly basket varies relative to the season. Early on we feature more cold and short-seasoned cropsrelying heavily on assorted greens (spinach, arugula, cress, radish, salad mix, field greens, mizuna, chives.Mid-seson will find more root and heat crops such as tomatoes, kohlrabi, beets, carrot, summer squash, zuchini, basil, sage, parsely, broccoli, swiss chard, rapa and pak choi. The advent of autumn brings our late season produce to the above mix introducing our first brussel sprouts, butternut and acorn squash, pumpkins, and a return to the cool-loving, greens.
