Our mission is to increase public awareness of open space, sustainable agriculture and the environment by operating a working farm, providing interactive educational programs and promoting first hand experience through community involvement.

About Us:

The Educational Farm at Joppa Hill is a nonprofit working farm featuring grass fed, transitionally organic and biodynamically raised meats, milk, eggs and vegetables. Our CSA and farm store sales support our educational mission of teaching children and adults about sustainable agriculture. We sell beef, pork and smoked meats, poultry and turkey that has been raised on grass and whole grains in a humane environment. We offer fresh milk by the half gallon, and sell grass fed beef and veggies from our farm store.

The Educational Farm at Joppa Hill offers summer agriculture classes for children and adults, and occasionally has special events. We offer hay and sleigh rides, and give sustainable agriculture farm tours to groups. We also offer riding lessons and trail rides on our Cheval Canadienne and our reg. Old Fashioned Morgan horses.
