We are in the process of beginning a new church plant called, The Gathering Sanford, in Sanford, Florida. I pray we will be able to begin worship services in July 2010. Anyone in the Sanford Florida area wishing to assist us in this mission please contact me ASAP through the email below and go to this site to learn more about us: www.thegatheringusa.com. While we will be part of a conference all our churches will be independent and non-denominational.

Rev. Mike D'Andria

The first 18 years of my life were spent in Norwich, Connecticut, after graduation from Norwich Free Academy in 1965, I joined the Army; I was discharged in November 1985. While in the service I served in Vietnam from February 1967 - February 1968, I was then stationed at Ft. Bragg, NC. in 1968, from there I was assigned to the Correctional Training Facility at Ft. Riley KS, as NCIO of the Finance and Accounting office, from there I served in the Rhode Island National Guard, I was given a full time position as a Unit Administrator for Battery A 103d Field Artillery, Cranston, R.I. On February 28, 1985 I suffered a heart attack which led to a Disability Discharge from the military. We resided in North Carolina for the last 21 years before moving to Florida in 2009. I became a Minister in August 2000 after graduating from Moriah Institute of Christian Studies in Fayetteville, North Carolina, with a Bachelors Degree in Theology. I have been married to my wife Pat since June 30, 1969; we have four daughters, one son, six grandchildren one great grandchild and one on the way. I have been and will follow the Lord for the remaining years of my life. We are looking forward to buying a home in the Sanford area which is where the Lord has led us in order to complete the task He has assigned us.
