The Gleanings
We are a Christian CSA: a share consists of enough fresh, naturally grown vegetables for a family of four, and also enough for another family that the shareholder may know is in need.

The weekly 1/2 bushel basket weighs approximately 10 to 15 pounds. It includes the early harvest consisting mainly of greens and radishes. Later as the vegetables ripen the shareholder receives, yellow and green beans, beets, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, cucumbers, eggplant, kohlrabi, leeks, onions, sugarpod peas and shell peas, sweet and hot peppers, salad greens, radishes, summer and winter squashes, tomatoes, potatoes, and sweet corn. Herbs and a flower bouquet are included as available.
