The James House is a 1723 architectual Study House and Living history museum. The house has a 1707 buidling attached as an el.and sits on a 1702 farmstead with a 1700s irrigation system still visible.


The association offers special programs, tours and education programs at the James House, 186 Towle Farm Road, Hampton, NH. Its James house Players offer special historic programs at the location of other organizations. Its education programs are offered to sachools of all levels which include study programs and /or lectures at the schools and a visit to the James Homestead.
