The Sweetwater Valley Citizens for the Arts was founded thirty-four years ago by a group of interested citizens who have left and continue to support a legacy of love of children and arts education within the community where they live.

Responsible for many annual cultural programs including community concerts and arts awareness programs for children, the SVCA is known to be the oldest arts organization in the history of the state of Tennessee.
