About Us:

At our birth center, you will have the option of having your baby in our relaxing waterbirth tub, making labor an easier, less painful transition. About a third of the baby's born at the Ventura Birth Center have been born in the water since our opening in 1997.

The midwives at the Ventura Birth Center provide a full spectrum of care, from conception through postpartum, offering the option of giving birth at the birth center or at home and well woman/annual exams.

Come and receive personal care from licensed midwives at the Ventura Birth Center, located in beautiful Ventura, CA on the same street as two local hospitals and just 2 1/2 miles from the Pacific ocean. 

The Ventura Birth Center is Ventura's first freestanding birth center. We offer birth center births, waterbirths, homebirths, and well woman care.
