Located in the bustling US 27 corridor, the Town of Dundee is a compact, nine-square mile area, with about 3,000 residents. The rolling hills of Lake Wales Ridge frame a mixture of older neighborhoods and new subdivisions.

Incorporated in 1924, Dundee was built on the wealth of Florida's citrus industry but now serves as a growing bedroom community to larger neighboring cities and as a host to tourists visiting area attractions. Governed by a town council and manager, Dundee offers residents nice lakeside parks and is currently participating with county government in the development of a new regional park and recreation complex.
