About
From 1893 to the 1950's, "The" General Store in Greenfield was the Hopkins Brothers Store. It was a hardware store, a grocery store, a clothing and novelties store; it also was a social gathering spot for the locals. Now known as Carbee's Corner, one can still find penny candy and homemade crafts there. Despite the changes of the building and the town through time, the New England hometown feeling lives on in Greenfield.
