Tri-County Animal Rescue (TCAR) is an all volunteer non-profit animal rescue.  Adoptable pets are listed on Petfinder & adoptions are held the 1st and 3rd Saturday ea. month at Petco in Southaven, MS.  TCAR is always in need of foster homes and volunteers.
