- Build and maintain respectful, trusting relationships with all stakeholders.
- Establish a five-year educational plan that supports the educational needs of all students and staff and complies with all existing Commissioner’s Regulations and current education law.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone on the Tri-Valley School campus.
- Establish a five-year financial plan including facilities planning and a thorough review of the fiscal practices within the district.
