The Vance County Arts Council (VCAC) is an arts advocacy organization that was founded in 1978. The mission of the Arts Council is "WE MAKE THE ARTS HAPPEN IN VANCE COUNTY!" VCAC implements this mission through an offering of community arts programs and also acts as a re-granting agency for the Grassroots Grant.
