Walk Fit Club is for beginner walkers, avid runners, or those who fall somewhere in between.  We promote the health and fitness benefits of walking, jogging, running or hiking combined with helping others begin, grow or maintain a lifestyle of regular physical activity in these "walk-sports".  By providing motivation through friendly support, fun monthly and ongoing competitions (on paper), and example we can all share in each other’s fitness success.  Walk Fit Club is open to any gender, age, race or religion.  You don’t have to be a competitive runner or power walker.  You may not be walking a mile let alone three, or you may be doing more miles than most of us would think about doing!   Whether your miles are accomplished in the great outdoors or on a treadmill or track indoors, in Walk Fit Club, every mile has value!
