The Waterbury Regional Chamber (WRC) encompasses businesses throughout 14 towns in the Greater Waterbury region: Beacon Falls, Bethlehem, Cheshire, Middlebury, Naugatuck, Oakville, Oxford, Prospect, Southbury, Thomaston, Waterbury, Watertown, Wolcott and Woodbury.

An affiliate of the WRC is the Watertown/Oakville Chamber of Commerce chaired by Rich DuPont of Resource Development Associates in Watertown. Another affiliate is the Naugatuck Chamber of Commerce chaired in 2011 by Rocco Corso of Corso Printing & Engraving in Naugatuck.
