Hearts are peaceful here in the remote mountain community of Balsam Grove. The air is clear, the water pure, and each day brings new wonder. Wayback is a family farm with diverse operations including rainbow trout ,organic vegetables, native ornamentals nursery, livestock, and chemical free frasier fir natural holiday decorations,etc. Marketing is through CSA and local farmers markets. Top quality rainbow trout fillets, fresh and smoked as well as customized products when available. Produce varies with emphasis on heirloom openpollinated varieties.
