Wayland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a small, 40  bed, privately owned facility located in Wayland at the intersection of Route 30 and 27.  We provide Short-term rehab, Respite Stays as well as Long-Term stays.   We provide 24 hour nursing care, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies, Restaurant Style foods, 7 days a week activities including pet visits, and among many other services.
