The West Hempstead Civic Association was founded in 1995 to start a revitalization campaign in our community.  With the help of the Executive Board and other volunteers, many improvements have been made and, perhaps more importantly, destructive initiatives have been stopped.  Today we have the support of over 800 member households and businesses.  We always are looking for active members who help our community.  We need people to serve on committees and we need to hear from everyone about what you would like to see improved in West Hempstead.
