Mission:

To provide hot, nutritious meals to qualified seniors living in Sugar Creek and Looking Glass Townships of Clinton County Illinois and to promote a better life to those seniors through meals, personal contacts, and reduced isolation.

Meals on Wheels:

WCCSS was established in 2001 with our mission being to serve hot, delicious meals five days a week to citizens who reside in Western Clinton County and have reached the majority of 60. WCCSS has an army of volunteers that are the heart and soul of our program. Each community in our area sends volunteers each day to deliver meals to our homebound, volunteers donate many hours to our congregates. We offer programs that are of interest to our people, education concerning Alzheimers, Diabetes information, home nursing care, and many services including free income tax service, circuit breaker, flu shots, blood pressure checks. They enjoy Bingo, quilting, card games, exercise and special parties on all holidays.
