We offer pork, chicken, turkey, eggs and vegetables. 20-25 pounds per share once a month . An example of a share from last year: 5 chickens, salad greens, cooking herbs, 2 dozen eggs or 5 # sausage , 3 # bacon, a pork roast, cooking herbs, greens, tomatoes, 4 dozen eggs. Our farm has been operating on an anitibiotic and hormone free grass- based feed system since 2000. Our main product is the meat and poultry, with some fresh produce. A No produce option can be chosen. Pickup at farm or at Tim Horton's Holt 3rd Saturday of the month starting May. Some deliveries can occassionally be made for a small fee. In 2000 our concern for the foods available to our children led us to producing our own pastured eggs, chicken, turkey and pork. We don't have a large amount of products available at all times. What we do have is: Quality animals that are grass raised and treated well. Safe composting of waste. Animals outside, in grass and fresh air. Compost on gardens and pasture. Rotation of pens, grazing areas and hay fields. Happy, healthy animals. We are a small family operation that cares. About our animals, sustainable production and our customers.
