The Mission of the City of Winder Cultural Arts Department is to make a significant and positive difference in the quality of life within our city, county and region by

- Providing affordable access to a total range of arts,
- Allowing All citizens the opportunity to experience and enjoy all facets of the visual, literary and performing arts,
- Facilitating the growth of the arts through performances, festivals, shows, workshops and educational programs,
- Continuously striving to provide audience access for artists and artisans - locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
