"WVU Healthy Kids Club"
Enroll in award winning children's programs offered on the campus of West Virginia University. The programs for infants, babies, toddlers, preschool, and school age children are designed to promote active learning and healthy living. Classes are land-based or water-based and provide socialization opportunities, playful learning in a safe, developmentally appropriate environment.
These programs are designed and supervised by health and child development professionals, and conducted with the help of students from a variety of academic disciplines at West Virginia University. The classes offer children from infants to pre-teens an opportunity to practice motor skills, enjoy playing with others, and begin to develop lifelong preferences for physical activity and healthy nutrition.
Class Locations: Class located at Elizabeth Moore Hall, across from the Mountainlair on the downtown campus and at Easton Elementary school.
