Abington Senior High School is a three year comprehensive high school. The 2005-2006 enrollment is 1967 pupils with 655 in the senior class. The total number of faculty assigned to the high school is 142.

The high school is located approximately five miles north of Philadelphia in a suburban residential area. The school district has an enrollment of 7527 pupils who come from a variety of community settings and many socioeconomic levels.
