Swedesboro Public Library, one of the oldest libraries in the state of New Jersey, was established in 1783. The library was originally housed in the Borough Hall and was incorporated in 1937. Swedesboro Public Library became a branch of GCLS in 2005.
The Gloucester County Library System provides access to information, programs, books, and other materials to meet the personal enrichment and lifelong learning needs of the people we serve.
