John Cooper, MD, received his medical degree from Saba University, School of Medicine. He then completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency at University of Missouri-Kansas City. “I value patient autonomy and use evidence-based medicine to provide the best care,” Dr. Cooper says. Dr. Cooper went into the field of OBGYN because of the breadth of the specialty and to have the opportunity to impact his patients in all stages through preventative medicine, in-office procedures, surgery, emergency care, and on labor & delivery. Dr. Cooper will provide comprehensive general obstetrics and gynecology care including, but not limited to, routine gynecological exams, contraceptive counseling, evaluation and treatment of endometriosis, infertility, and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, management of low and high risk pregnancies, urogynecology, hormone replacement therapy, and vaccines.
