Dr. Miles J. Pfaff is a UCI Health plastic and reconstructive surgeon who specializes in adult and pediatric plastic surgery. His clinical expertise includes functional and reconstructive plastic surgery for adults and children, including the face, nose skull and body. He also performs pediatric cleft lip and palate repair, ear reconstruction, jaw surgery and genioplasty, skin cancer reconstruction after Mohs surgery and other procedures, as well as all types of gender affirmation surgery.
Pfaff also provides the full range of surgical and nonsurgical cosmetic services, including rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, brow lift, facelift, neck lift and injectable fillers.
He earned his medical degree at Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, Conn. He completed a residency in plastic surgery at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in cleft and craniofacial surgery at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pa.
His research interests include craniofacial surgical outcomes, clinical innovation and surgical education. He is the author or co-author of more than 60 peer-reviewed publications and he serves as an active reviewer for a number of medical journals.
