Nathan Stephens, MD, completed his medical degree at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. Dr. Stephens completed his family medicine residency at Dublin Methodist Hospital in Dublin, Ohio. Dr. Stephens has special interests in musculoskeletal, ultrasound, lifestyle and preventive medicine. In his spare time, he enjoys playing with family and friends, soccer, Indy sports, biking, fantasy football, pool, Rocket League, and watching “The Office”.
