Tiara S. Gunnell, LPC, NCC Tiara S. Gunnell, LPC, NCC, is a behavioral health clinician with AHN Behavioral Health, specializing in perinatal mental health and women’s trauma. She performs trauma informed individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions, outpatient therapy and support groups, and individual comprehensive evaluations. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from Penn State Greater Allegheny in McKeesport, Pennsylvania and earned her Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
