William Russell, MD, specializes in Radiation Oncology at Ochsner MD Anderson Cancer Center in Baton Rouge. He graduated from University of Mississippi School of Medicine in 1984. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Tulane School of Medicine. He served in the United States Air Force for 21 years with 12 years of active duty.
