The field of nominees for Osceola School District's Teacher of the Year and School-Related Employee of the Year has been narrowed down to the top ten finalists in both categories, all of whom received a surprise visit from Superintendent Dr. Mark Shanoff announcing the news.

The following educators have been named as the top ten finalists for Teacher of the Year:

Luisa Barrios-Cremonesi - Celebration High, World Language Teacher

Vimarie Colon Rodriguez - Poinciana High,  English Language Arts Teacher

Vanessa Gomez - Osceola Technical Education College, Medical Assistant Instructor

Nicole Grayek - Canoe Creek K-8, Math and Science Coach

Brianna Kraus - Hickory Tree Elementary, Avid Coordinator

Kimberly Molineaux - St. Cloud Elementary, Music Teacher 

Nancy Rivera - East Lake Elementary, Dual Language Teacher

Christine Roy - Celebration K-8, Fifth Grade Teacher

Susan Tribit - Highlands, Math and Science Coach

Tina Wybiral - St. Cloud Middle, Social Studies Teacher

The following employees have been named as the top ten finalists for School-Related Employee of the Year:

Patricia Allen - Mill Creek Elementary, Paraprofessional

Joseph Brown – Narcoossee Elementary, Head Custodian 

Tristyn Greer – Special Programs, Family Resource Specialist  

Dawn Lobkovich – Risk and Benefits, Risk Management Supervisor 

Roberta Medina – Poinciana High, Executive Secretary  

Debra McCulley – Zenith Accelerated Learning Academy, Paraprofessional  

Dawn Parker – Tohopekaliga High, Executive Secretary 

William Skerrett Cruz – Purchasing/Warehouse, Warehouse Supervisor    

Angela Stein – Media and Instructional Technology, Learning Management Systems Supervisor  

Christine Tilford – Harmony Community School, Paraprofessional  

Judges selected the finalists based on their applications.  The name of the district's Teacher of the Year and School-Related Employee of the Year will be announced at the district's annual Education Awards ceremony to be held on March 6, 2024, at Osceola Heritage Park.
