From: Town Of PlainvilleThe Plainville Historical Commission will be opening the James Humphrey House, Plainville’s History Museum for the Plainville Tree Lighting Ceremony, December 10, 2022, 3 PM- 7PM
We are excited to be working with Plainville staple Don’s Diner to help support the Plainville Living Bread Food Pantry. Every visitor who brings a non perishable food item to the museum during our Holiday Open House on Saturday December 10, 2022 will receive a coupon from Don’s. Good for a free hot chocolate, tea, or coffee with the purchase of a meal.
Come check out Plainville’s History Museum, make a donation to the Food Pantry, support Plainville’s beloved Don’s Diner, and catch the official Plainville Tree Lighting Ceremony.
Along with the Humphrey House, the entire Telford Town Park will be alight with a bigger and more beautiful light display this year thanks to Faille Electric, Plainville Park Department, and the Plainville Lions’ Club, in Memory of Mr. Faille.
The Museum will open at 3 PM and remain open until the tree lighting at 5 PM so our volunteers can catch the lighting ceremony. We will reopen after the lights come on, and stay open until the festivities end.
A donation of a non perishable food item must be made at the museum, in order to receive the coupon. One coupon per person while supplies last.
