The Krapohl Senior Activity Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping older residents of Genesee County accept and mantain the dimensions of "Wellness". Independence and Dignity as their life-style. The center is funded through donations, fund raisers, grants, Mt. Morris Township, Federal Community Development Block Grants, Michigan Department of Transportation, Mt. Morris Consolidated Schools and the Genesee County Senior Millage.
We offer a large variety of programs, classes, special events, and educational/recreational trips for area seniors and their families. We also have a fully functioning Wood Shop and a Greenhouse where members can come to play! Members their families may also enjoy our paved walking trails, duck pond and picnic area. Our facility is open Monday - Saturday at various times depending on the daily programming. We serve lunch meals during the week and distribute Commodities each month. Membership is FREE to all residents aged 60 and older, however, you do not have to be 60 to participate in many of our events! A FREE Monthly Newsletter is availabe to all members OR you may view it online on our website.
