Schedule of Events

6:00 am - 3:00 pm Miniature Beef cattle arrive (Barn C) Between main & back arena

7:00 a.m. Poultry barn will be open.

8:00 a.m. Judge Market Goats followed by Parish Groups

9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Broiler Check-In (REV Center). All Broilers must be in the barn by 1:00 p.m.

9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Sign up for Broiler Showmanship

11:30 am - 3:00 pm Check in Miniature Cattle entries and pay entry fee (Vendor rooms)
No beef cattle will be allowed to enter barns 1-6 until 2:00 pm

1:00 p.m. Judge Broiler Showmanship

2:00 pm All beef cattle may begin arriving (barns 2-6 as assigned)

2:00 pm Beef Premier Exhibitor Contest (Vendor Rooms)

7:30 p.m. Poultry barn will be closed and locked or immediately following showmanship.

10:00 p.m. Market Hogs may arrive (ABSOLUTELY NO ENTRY INTO BARNS 7 & 8 PRIOR TO 10:00 P.M.)

All sheep and goats must be out of the barn two hours after conclusion of the Market Lamb Show.
