About Us
LibraryInsight is a company that is dedicated to developing and delivering cost effective web based software products to the public library market. We exclusively sell to public libraries, from small town libraries, to large multi-branch city libraries, consortium and county library systems.
With customers in fifteen states and locations coast to coast our products are widely accepted and benefit our customers in two significant areas; improved patron service and reduced administrative burden on the staff.
Product Design Philosophy
Our design and development team leader has over 30 years of software design and development experience. We employ librarians from time to time to help us get their real world perspective on various needs and requirements. Moreover, LibraryInsight works closely with existing customers on shaping future features and enhancements to our products.
Seeing is Believing
The best way to determine the full value and benefits of our products is to see a no obligation demonstration. We offer Over-the-Web demonstrations of all of our products. During these live demonstrations you can ask questions and see all the aspects of the systems as they relate to staff and the public.
